Yellow Inc Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Yellow Inc Limited mobile application (“App”), available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Eligibility & Audience

Yellow Inc Limited is a women-focused club platform (“club for lafies”) intended for users aged 13 years and above.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

We collect information only when necessary to provide and improve our services.

a. Personal Information

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile photo (optional)

Note: Email-based user accounts may only be created by administrators.

b. User-Generated Content

• Images and text posted by users
• Comments on posts
• Check-in location data (only when a user explicitly enables it while posting)

c. Subscription / Membership Information

• Membership status
• Plan type or tier

Important: All payments and membership fees are handled offline or via direct transfers. Yellow Inc Limited does not process payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other in-app payment service.

d. Device & Analytics Data

• Device model
• App usage statistics

We use Google Analytics solely to understand app performance and improve user experience. No personal data is sold or shared.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Enable posting, commenting, and community interaction
• Manage membership tiers and access
• Improve app functionality and performance
• Maintain platform safety and moderation
• Communicate important service-related updates

5. Location Information

Location data is collected only when a user chooses to check in while posting content.
We do not track location data in the background.

Yellow Inc Limited does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data may be processed by essential service providers only where required for app functionality, such as analytics services, and never for advertising or resale purposes.

Users registered in Tanzania have the right to:

• Request deletion of their account and associated data
